Haiku D'Etat EU Tour

Haiku d'etat has been on hiatus promoting their respective solo records. Last Summer found Mike, Aaron & Eddie touring the States regionally upon the release of Aceyalone's "The Lonely Ones" lp on Project Blowed/Decon -and- Abstract Rude's "Rejuvenation" lp on Rhymesayers Ent. Now its the fall and with a new Myka 9 collab lp (Magic Heart Genies 2) just released, Europe is calling for the triumvirate to reunite. Consider this the 1st round of shows that Haiku will perform in Europe. They'll be joined by special guests DJ Drez & J the Sarge who forms MHG with Myka.

Myka 9 kicks off the tour with a fun solo show at a Cannabis Cup related event. Though the tour only hits Amsterdam and parts of France, Germany, Czech & Hungary, rest assured we haven't forgot about the UK and other parts of EU like Scandinavia, Poland, etc. We shall return after the new year hopefully through Subotage Agency in the springtime.

My Favorite Surf Shop

If real recognizes real, then skills recognize skills. The workers were super cool surf swagger n all that, but the most interesting thing was the Generic Youth cut n sew hoody's from donated beach towels in the back room. This WAS the first time I walked in, and WILL be, my fav. surf shop forever...

Laguna Museum Visit.

Off to the Jeremy Fish show Thurs to see what woodwork sculptures, couches, pamplets, canvis, hoodies, new era's, books and beach views J has going. Is safe to say this journey has come a long way and you can instantly recognize that along the walk-view of the gallery that this is one journey that has paid the dues of time. Respect is due and the location along with the ambience has an un-equaled experience that will have you sleeping good. As a matter of fact you should try it.
